All rooms are equipped with modern inverter air-conditioners, which offer energy-efficient cooling by adjusting their speed based on the room's temperature needs. This technology not only provides a more consistent and comfortable climate but also operates more quietly and with less energy consumption. In each room, there is a ceiling fan. The on-off switch as well as the pace switch are situated on the headboard of your bed.

Your room is available from noon (12:00 PM) on your arrival day. We kindly ask you to check out by 10:00 AM on your departure day. Late check-out is subject to availability and requires an additional charge for a day room.

If you do not wish to be disturbed, please use the handcrafted wooden signage by placing it in the holder on your door. The signs are designed to indicate your preference—whether you prefer not to be disturbed or would like your room to be cleaned.

Power fluctuations and outages can occasionally occur. In such cases, our generator will automatically activate to provide electricity throughout the hotel. Please be aware that brief interruptions may happen as the generator switches on.

For your safety, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the fire plan located on the back of your room door. This diagram shows the nearest fire exit and provides detailed instructions in case of an emergency. In the event of a fire, proceed to the closest exit and make your way to one of the fire assembly points located on the beach by the Swing Bar or outside the Main Gate. Please report any fire immediately to the reception.

To access the Wi-Fi, use your room number as the username and the last name on your reservation (with the first letter capitalized) as the password. If you encounter any issues, please visit the reception for assistance.

For ironing or laundry services, please call reception at extension 800 or use our WhatsApp service. Laundry items should be requested before 10:00 AM to ensure same-day service. Items received after 10:00 AM, or those for dry cleaning, will be returned the next day. For more details and prices, please refer to the price list located in the wardrobe along with a laundry bag.

The keys for your room are specially made so that they cannot be duplicated. In case of key loss, we, unfortunately, have to charge 3,500 KES to replace the lock.

Smoking is not permitted indoors. However, you are welcome to smoke in outdoor areas, including your room's veranda, where ashtrays are provided for your convenience. Please note that smoking within any roofed areas of the hotel is prohibited by law, and fines may apply for violations.

All our rooms have a TV. An overview of the TV & Radio channels and the remote control are in your room.

You have a personal safe in your room. Guests are kindly requested to always put their valuables there. The hotel is not responsible for any loss of money or valuables that haven’t been properly secured in this safe.

Each day we provide you with a free 500 ml bottle of drinking water. Additional drinking water in bottles can also be purchased at our bars or with the Room Service. We advise against drinking water from the tap.

If you are meeting others who do not stay in the hotel, this can be done in any of the public areas. Visitors are not allowed in guests’ rooms unless registered to stay, join, or be authorized by the management.
